Customers may cancel a service request before approval or before repair work begins. Once parts are procured or repair work starts, cancellation may be limited.

This policy explains general cancellation, return and replacement guidelines for services and products handled by Tech Pro Computers.
Repair service cancellation is possible before parts are ordered or work has started. Inspection or diagnosis charges may still apply.
Accessories and products must be returned in unused condition with original packaging, bill and warranty details, subject to supplier terms.
Installed parts, opened consumables, special-order products and physically damaged items may not be eligible for return.
